Newfound Building was established in 2014 from the hard work, dedication and determination of director Nathan Stephenson.

Meet husband and wife duo Nathan & Alex

Nathan - director

With 17 years of experience in the construction industry, Nathan has built a reputation for delivering custom homes that blend durability, comfort and modern design.

As a passive house certified tradesman, Nathan has a passion for constructing homes that meet the highest standards. His knowledge and expertise in sustainable building techniques ensures that Newfound Building consistently exceeds industry standards, providing homeowners with energy efficient, comfortable and healthy forever homes.

Under Nathan’s leadership, Newfound Building has grown into a trusted name in the residential building industry, recognized for its attention to detail, innovative design, and customer focused approach. Nathan believes in building for the future, integrating sustainable materials and cutting-edge construction techniques to create homes that stand the test of time.

Alex - administration manager

With over 14 years industry experience Alex began her career as a project estimator, purchasing assistant, and showroom consultant for custom home builders at Harvey Norman Commercial.

After their daughter was born in 2020, Alex left her role to help with the growth of Newfound Building. Right from the get go, Alex implemented new policies and procedures, assisted with business development, collaborated with designers, and supported clients with selections for their project.

Having a passion to further her career, Alex has since completed several courses in accounting, marketing, and interior design.

While currently focusing on the business side of Newfound Building, Alex has future plans of taking her passion and knowledge for interiors and turning this into an additional service that Newfound Building provide for their clients.
