Get in touch with our team and we will send you an online form to help us better understand your project dreams and aspirations. Once your form has been reviewed, our team will arrange a time to have an initial phone consultation to better understand your vision and project brief.
step 2 - consultation
During the consultation phase, our primary focus is to better understand your vision. At no cost, our team can arrange a site visit to help understand the specifics of your location and to discuss your project brief in detail.
During this consultation phase, we have an opportunity to get to know you and to better understand what matters most to you and your family.
We understand that your home is much more than a roof over your head. It's a place where you can watch your family grow and to live comfortably throughout your lifetime.
step 3 - preconstruction
The preconstruction stage is all about feasibility. With an initial project budget in mind, we can work towards creating a detailed design to suit your brief. We then engage all relative consultants including council, private certifiers, and engineers to ensure that the design aligns with the relevant permits and is suited to the site conditions. Planning every detail ensures a smooth and efficient transition from planning to construction.
In our experience the best time for a builder to get involved in a design process is as early as possible. Our team have developed a preconstruction service that allows us to collaborate with your preferred architect or designer from the very beginning. We then work as a team (client, designer, builder) to ensure that your vision and dreams align with your budget and expectations.
This well developed process also allows us to provide input into your projects buildability and to inform you on the costs, ensuring you can confidently make important decisions early in the design phase.
Whilst we find this the most effective way, we understand all projects are individual and this may not suit you, if this is the case we can tailor a service to suit your individual needs.
step 4 - construction
This is an exciting phase where your plans come to life. Our team maintain a detailed schedule to ensure open two way communication throughout the entire process.
Weekly site meetings are scheduled with our clients throughout the duration of each project. This allows our staff to interact with you and to better understand any concerns that you may have, it is also a great way for our clients to see the progress of their build.
